From translation request to final delivery, your documents go through
three levels of quality control (software – internal review team – external reviewers)
with procedures fine-tuned over years of experience, ensuring the best result.

Reception

Evaluation of the document received: type, technical area, terminology, deadline

Glossary

When there is a new client or a new business sector, we generate a glossary of terminology shared with the client for verification and approval

Translation

We choose the dedicated translator in our network of linguists, i.e., the specialist best suited for the type and technical field of the document to be translated

Queries

Any questions raised in translation by our translators are immediately subjected to the necessary verification and clarification by experts

1st quality check

The first quality check on the translation is automated by specific software, and is geared toward identifying problems with spelling, syntax, and terminology

2nd quality check

The second check is by an experienced linguist, who checks the document for completeness and technical and industry terminology

3rd quality check

A third check is carried out by a senior translator with expertise in the field or by technical/scientific researchers, for fields with a high degree of complexity or level of precision (e.g., legal field)
